| Keeping in pace with the increasing demand of our clients for contract manufacturing, Kilitch has added 2 dedicated blocks and are in the process of adding another 3 dedicated fully USFDA / UKMHRA compliant manufacturing facility in Paonta Sahib (North India). All our plants are approved by the local as well as World Health Organization (WHO) for GMP standards. Kilitch has 3 manufacturing facilities spread across India. |

| We use Information Technology extensively to facilitate quick and accurate decision-making. Local Area Network is provided in all the locations for the swift movement of work. We have provided each of our staff members with personalized mailing address for ensuring the flow of soft information and cuts across organization layers and boundaries, to ensure quick response. |

| We are currently in the process of implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at our all the plants and Head Office. Phase I has already been implemented covering Finance, Supply Chain Management and Human Resource, Phase II covering Manufacturing and Quality Control are under implementation and will be completed by 31st March 2008. This will manage all the hard data of our business including data on planning, purchase, inventory, manufacture, quality control, shipments, accounting and costing. |

| The Himachal Pradesh Project is an effort to cater to the increasing manufacturing needs. A facility spread on 13.5 acres with 3.5 lakh sq. feet built up area; It has two dedicated blocks for Cephalosporins and General Injectables and another 3 Dedicated blocks are under construction. |

| The plant is build and designed, envisaging kilitch foray in the regulated markets of U.S.A and Europe. |

| The Cephalosporin block is dedicated to produce all dosage forms i.e. Solid, Liquid, dry syrup and dry powder Injectable. Cephalosporin block has been designed over an area of 69122 sq.ft. Separate AHU for each critical process. 62 AHUs are installed for Cephalosporin block. |
